Description: South Africa is well endowed with a wide variety of experiences to explore. From watching the big five in one of the world’s biggest national parks to enjoying a relaxing time at our blue flag beaches to surfing at some of the world’s best super tubes. You can choose to sift through our unmatched cultural and wine routes or you can opt to learn a lot through our world heritage sites.
On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Rest of the day is free on your own to explore the city. Overnight at the hotel.
After being picked up from your hotel you will be transferred to the Cape Peninsula. Where sea, sky and the mountains meet, it is a world waiting to be explored. Discover the magic of Cape Point the adventurous way. Feel the exhilaration of exploring the Cape Peninsula on two wheels with a Nature Guide. Stately elands, zebra and bontebok rub shoulders in a Cape Floral Kingdom, pin cushion protea's burst into flower and southern right whales breach from the deep blue seas. A 25km bike ride along undulating roads takes you to the most South Westerly point in Africa. Then enjoy a leisurely hike from Cape of Good Hope to Cape Point making the legend of the renowned "Cape of Storms" come alive. Relax and enjoy a picnic lunch while bontebok graze and Cape sugarbirds flit over proteas bursting into flower. After a day of activity (weather and time permitting) enjoy sundowners on the beach with a picnic basket and the Capes best wine, before being transferred back to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
You can spend your day exploring Robben Island or take a tour of the winelands .
After breakfast you will be transferred back to the airport for your departure flight.
